UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using the delivery service selected or available at checkout.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Where possible, please provide:

Photographs of the outer packaging
Photographs of the damaged product
A brief description of the problem
This will help us investigate and resolve the issue more quickly.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate solution where required.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
Where an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, or the parcel was not collected from the carrier, additional delivery charges may apply if the customer asks for the order to be sent again.
Any refund due will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
